I attained my Red Seal Welding certificate in 2005.

Over the years I’ve worked at numerous welding fabrication shops in Saskatoon and a diamond mine in the North West Territories, obtaining Canadian Welding Board and Pressure Tickets along the way.

I have worked for Nutrien Cory Potash division for the last 17 years on the surface maintenance crew and have been involved with our local union in various roles over that time.

It’s very encouraging to see programs in place that help promote the trades through our high schools. I believe it is important to show our youth coming into the work force that Trades can be a fulfilling and viable career choice.
