Electronic High School Transcript Requests Through MyCreds

Clients can now request to share their high school transcripts with the SATCC electronically through their MyCreds portal.

MyCreds is a national digital wallet for post-secondary learners and graduates in Canada, allowing them to access and share their academic documents, like transcripts, with post-secondary institutions and other third parties.

Clients can set up a MyCreds account by following the steps on saskatchewan.ca.

The SATCC will be one of the options listed as a registered organization with whom the client can share their transcripts.

For a guide on how to submit your transcripts, please visit the Submitting Transcripts knowledge article in your MyATC account.

It may take several days after filling out the transcript request form to receive the transcript record in MyCreds. A confirmation email from MyCreds will be sent to the client’s email address when the document is ready.

In order to ensure a seamless transcript transfer, clients are encouraged to submit their apprenticeship application in their MyATC account before sharing their transcripts through MyCreds.

In addition to this new option, clients can still submit their transcripts in alternative ways, including:

  • Attach a PDF copy to their apprenticeship application;
  • Email a PDF copy to [email protected]; or
  • Submit a PDF copy through the Get Help option in MyATC.
