211 Saskatchewan is a free, confidential 24/7 service that connects individuals to human services in the province by phone, text, or webchat. It includes a searchable website with listings of social, community, non-clinical health, and government services across the province.
In addition to searching their website, individuals can call 2-1-1, Text 2-1-1, or go online to chat with trained professionals to help find and navigate the services they need.

Substance use may become a problem if you notice any of the following signs related to substance use:
- Skipping Responsibilities: Missing work, school, or social events.
- Health Problems: Experiencing physical or mental health issues linked to substance use.
- Relationship Struggles: Frequent conflicts with family, friends, or coworkers.
- Losing Control: Using more than planned or finding it hard to cut back.
- Building Tolerance or Experiencing Withdrawal Symptoms: Needing more to feel the same effects or feeling unwell when not using.
- Using to Cope: Relying on substances to manage stress, anxiety, or other negative emotions.
If you notice these signs, it may be time to seek help or talk to someone you trust.
Employee & Family Assistance Programs (EFAP)
Your employer may offer an EFAP to provide voluntary, short-term services or counselling to employees and their families to help with personal, work or family issues. Check with your employer for more information.
