How to Interact with the SATCC in the event of a Postal Service Disruption

Telephone, email, fax and in-person services provided by the SATCC will not be affected in the event of a Canada Post lockout or strike. If there is a disruption in service, please do not submit any documents or payments via Canada Post mail.

SATCC clients will not receive official receipts for submitted documents or payments until postal service has resumed.

To submit documents to the SATCC:

Options for submitting documents include:

  • Scan and email (our preferred method)
  • Fax
  • Drop off at one of our office locations
  • Sent via courier to one of our office locations
  • Given in-person to a Field Consultant who will deliver it to the nearest office location

 To submit payments to the SATCC:

  • Credit card information can be provided over the phone to SATCC staff members at our Regina office only
  • In-person debit and credit card payments are accepted at the Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert offices
    • We do not accept American Express
  • Cheques can be delivered in-person or sent via courier to any of our offices
  • Cash is accepted at our Regina office only

For documents and payments already in the mail:

 If you are expecting a document from the SATCC and have not received it, or have recently submitted a payment in the mail and are unsure of delivery, please call or email

 For Training Notices:

  • Apprentices will be invited to training via email. If we don’t have a client email address, we will invite apprentices via telephone. We will confirm apprentices’ preferred document delivery method at that point in time
